Meet Our Instructors!
Betsy Pepine, the Broker-Owner of Pepine Realty, is a featured instructor who shares personal learnings, experience and advice that she has gathered over the past 12 years in building her robust real estate team.
This class is required by the state of Florida to be eligible for a Florida Real Estate License.
It is a 63-hour class that will prepare you to take your state exam and become a licensed sales associate. Licensed sales associates can take part in the listing and selling of residential, commercial, and industrial property, land, business opportunities, and time shares.
You will have the option to participate either virtually on Zoom or in-person in the Pepine Realty office located at 4041 NW 37th Pl, Ste. B, Gainesville, FL 32606.
The textbook for this course is included in the tuition.
