FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE PRE-LICENSING COURSE

Learn in a classroom-style environment with a live instructor.

Our FREC-certified course is tailored to the Florida real estate sales exam, and will cover many of the exact questions you will be asked. Additionally, our live instructors are happy to answer any questions you have.

DETAILS:

• Lasts 63 hours total spread across seven days
• Each class session runs from 9am until 5:30pm unless otherwise specified, except for the final class session, which is the three hour exam day
• Attend class at our school location

COURSE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Live, in-person classes
• Textbook
• Three-hour pre-licensing exam.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All sales are final with no refunds. However, you may receive credit eligible towards a future class, which must be used within one year.
• Additionally, the course format you selected during registration [in-person or online] must be maintained throughout the duration of the course. Switching between formats is not permitted once the course has started.
