COURSE FORMAT:

Learn in a classroom-style environment with a live instructor. Our live, in-person cram course is designed for those preparing to take their state exams. Whether you feel unsure about passing or need a confidence boost, we’re here to help you out at every turn. Our sessions cover all the essential topics to ensure you’re ready and confident when test day arrives.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Dynamic and Interactive Study Sessions: Engage in sessions designed to boost your exam preparation.
• Live Reviews: Benefit from live reviews of common real estate exam topics and question patterns to enhance your readiness.
• Expert Guidance: Receive expert guidance from experienced instructors, thoroughly preparing you for both the state and national portions of the pre-license exam.
• Real Estate Math Problems: Work through common real estate math problems and formulas with the help of seasoned professionals, sharpening your math skills.
• Study Tips and Test-Taking Strategies: Acquire valuable study tips and test-taking strategies tailored to various question types, making exam navigation a breeze.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Note-taking materials such as pens, pencils, and highlighters.
• Any study guides or textbooks you have been using.

COURSE EXPECTATIONS:

• Take regular breaks as needed to stay focused and refreshed.
• Be prepared to study the material reviewed after class sessions to fully understand the concepts.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All sales are final with no refunds. However, you may receive credit eligible towards a future class, which must be used within one year.
• Additionally, the course format you selected during registration [in-person or online] must be maintained throughout the duration of the course. Switching between formats is not permitted once the course has started.
