Welcome and thank you for signing up for our 63-hour Florida real estate sales associate pre-license class, taking place live, online in September 2024!

September 11 – 13 (Wed-Fri)

September 16 – 20 (Mon-Fri)

You will take your course final exam on Friday, September 20th. 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• A computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone.
• Stable internet connection (high-speed recommended).
• Access to the email address you used for registration (for receiving the livestream link and other communications).
• The ability to download and use the recommended video conferencing software (e.g., Teams).

WHAT TO HAVE READY:

• Note-taking materials such as pens, pencils, and highlighters.
• The ebook, which will be emailed to you before the first day of class. Ensure you have it with you during each session.
• A quiet, distraction-free environment where you can participate fully in the class.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Anyone who misses more than eight (8) total hours of instruction time CANNOT attempt the exam without retaking the entire course. Attendance will be monitored through the livestream platform.

COURSE EXPECTATIONS

Our 63-hour pre-licensing class teaches the state-required curriculum with the state-required class hours. There is a lot of information presented during this 63-hour class. Please be prepared to study the material learned after class to fully understand the concepts. Eliminate all distractions at your workplace so you can fully focus on the class.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All sales are final with no refunds. However, you may receive credit eligible towards a future class, which must be used within one year.
• Additionally, the course format you selected during registration [in-person or online] must be maintained throughout the duration of the course. Switching between formats is not permitted once the course has started.
