COURSE FORMAT:

Learn at your own pace in our fully online, asynchronous course. This flexible format allows you to start and finish at any time, according to your schedule.

COURSE CONTENT:

• Our 63-hour online course includes instructional videos, flashcards, and a live online coaching program.
• Covers residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and business properties.
• All materials are tailored to the Florida real estate sales exam and will cover many of the exact questions you will be asked.
• The course price includes the 63-hour online course, textbook, accompanying videos, flashcards, live online coaching program, and three-hour pre-licensing exam.

HOW TO ACCESS THE COURSE:

• You will receive login credentials via email upon registration.
• Access the course materials through the Dearborn REcampus online learning platform at any time.

COURSE EXPECTATIONS

Our 63-hour pre-licensing course teaches the state-required curriculum with the state-required class hours. There is a lot of information presented during this 63-hour course. Please be prepared to study the material learned after class to fully understand the concepts. Eliminate all distractions so you can fully focus on the class. 

WHAT TO HAVE READY:

• A computer or tablet with internet access.
• The ebook, which will be emailed to you after registration.
• Note-taking materials such as pens, pencils, and highlighters.

• Conveniently ask questions and receive help from a real estate expert using the live online coaching program included in the course price.

FINAL EXAM:

You will take your course final exam online at your convenience once you have completed the required 63 hours of instruction.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All sales are final with no refunds. However, you may receive credit eligible towards a future class, which must be used within one year.
• Additionally, the course format you selected during registration [in-person or online] must be maintained throughout the duration of the course. Switching between formats is not permitted once the course has started.
