What is real estate reciprocity? Does Florida have real estate reciprocity?
Real estate reciprocity is the ability to apply for a real estate license in other states without retaking a pre-licensing course.
Florida has real estate reciprocity, also known as mutual recognition, with Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Rhode Island.

How do your live instructor classes work? How do they work if I attend remotely via Zoom livestream?
Our course lasts eight days long and is taught in an immersive, classroom-like environment at the Pepine Realty office in Gainesville, FL. You will spend 63 hours with our team of experienced, professional instructors who will guide you through exam topics, teach key information about the business, and answer any questions you may have.
If you would like to take the course from the comfort of your home, we offer the option to attend our class virtually via Zoom livestream. You will still be able to participate in the course as if you were physically present.

What are the system requirements for attending your course remotely via Zoom livestream?
Can I take your livestream course on my smartphone or tablet?
Yes, so long as it meets Zoom’s minimum requirements outlined here (iOS, iPadOS, Android).
Do I need to be tech savvy to attend your course remotely via Zoom livestream?
No, you do not need to be tech proficient to attend our course via Zoom livestream. Zoom is an easy to use, free software trusted by millions of businesses for their teleconferencing needs.

When will I get my link to attend my livestream class?
You will receive an email with a link to the livestream meeting the week before your class begins.
How will I receive my course completion certificate?
Students who attend via livestream will receive their completion certificates by email.
Students who attend in-person will receive paper certificates after successful completion of the course and exam.
What is included in the cost of tuition?
The fee for the class includes instruction, the course exam, and the required textbook (e-book if attending on livestream or paperback book if attending in-person).
